The purpose of this document is to indemnify Harley-Davidson Inc., Harley Davidson Motor Company, Harley-Davidson Europe Ltd and or any of its corporate affiliates, the Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.), authorised Harley-Davidson dealer(s), their respective officers, directors, employees, marshals and or agents, for any claim based upon negligence against the H.O.G. Namibia Chapter or any of the above associates arising from any motorcycle based events, or any activities connected to the above parties. (Herein referred to as Released Parties)

By registering for this event, the delegate/attendee agrees and confirms that they understand the nature of motorcycling activities and the risks inherent therein, and the knowledge of the risks and dangers of serious injury therein. The delegate/attendee indemnifies and holds harmless the Released Parties, against all claims by the delegate/attendee, their estate and/or dependants, for death, personal injury and/or property damage resulting from the negligence by the Released Parties. Where applicable, the delegate/attendee also agrees on behalf of minor children and dependants, acknowledging that in doing so, they waive any claim on behalf of the minor or dependant in respect of the participation in the motorcycling activities and rally.

No alcohol sales to persons under the age of 18 years is allowed.

The delegate/attendee understands that, the Released Parties may take photographs of participants of the events for use of Released Parties related media materials and confirm that they have no objections in this regard. The delegate/attendee also acknowledges that cover in terms of the Road Accident Fund (MVA) is at best delayed and in certain instances, particularly of a motorcycle, severely limited and often inadequate. I have read and understand this indemnity form.
